Hawks in school program

This week the leader of the Hawks in school program came to tell us about how to keep our bodies healthy and gave us a diary for us to write down what we have eaten and how much we have slept etc.

I learnt that we should sleep for at least ten hours,drink 5 glasses of water and have five serves of vegetable and two serves of fruit.

The diary we got given gave us a lot more information like what physical activities we can do because we are meant to do at least one hour of physical activity a day.

I have learnt a lot about keeping my body healthy and I hope you have learnt how to keep your body healthy after reading this post.
